The Scarlet Claw

A sceptical Holmes and Watson attend a meeting of the Royal Canadian Occult Society in Canada, but are soon looking into a killing spree attributed to a fanciful marsh monster. Fantastic events are soon supplanted by an even stranger horror concerning a master actor bent on revenge. The Scarlet Claw is an original screenplay with elements loosely inspired by Doyle's 'The Adventure of the Dancing Men.'

The Woman in Green

Sherlock Holmes (Basil Rathbone) and Doctor Watson (Nigel Bruce) are called in to help solve a series of mysterious murders in which the victims are left without their right forefingers. The infallible twosome discover a link between a female hypnotist and a blackmail venture, which leads them inevitably to Holmes' arch-enemy, Moriarty (Henry Daniell).
